  • To perform any Private Notebooks operations the dedicated guide lists as enabled, at your direction.

5. PRIVATE NOTEBOOKS AND CUSTOMER ISOLATION

One Private Notebooks license is assigned one dedicated account. Its notebooks, sources, and provider capacity are not pooled with another customer. The dedicated account and its third-party credentials remain controlled by AutoContent; customers access the service through AutoContent credentials and APIs.

"Private" describes this customer separation. It does not mean local-only or zero-knowledge processing. We and our third-party processors, including Google services, process data accepted by the documented features you use as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Service. AutoContent API is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how it is used.

  • Private Notebook content may remain available while the notebook and subscription are active.
  • Notebook deletion requests use the mechanism in the dedicated guide or our contact channel and are processed under our current retention procedures.
  • Generated Content from documented Service features may remain on our systems for up to 30 days unless a different period is stated for the feature.
  • Limited backups, security logs, billing records, and records required by law may be retained for a reasonable period after deletion or cancellation.

7. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
