Turn a CSV dataset into an audio briefing

Upload a CSV — survey results, sales data, an experiment readout — and the API analyses the columns, picks the headlines, and produces a briefing podcast. Used for distributing data findings to stakeholders who never open the spreadsheet.

How it works

  1. Step 1
    Submit your CSV

Send the CSV to the AutoContent API as a URL, file upload, or pasted text. The API accepts most public sources directly and supports authenticated uploads for private content.

  2. Step 2
    Pick your tone and voices

Choose from 50+ AI voices and a handful of presets that shape pacing, formality, and length. Defaults work for most use cases — tweak when the AI podcast is heading somewhere brand-sensitive.

  3. Step 3
    Receive your AI podcast

Generation typically completes in under five minutes. The API returns the finished AI podcast plus a transcript, share URL, and metadata you can plug into your existing distribution stack.

Frequently asked questions

How does the API decide what's newsworthy in the data?

It looks for outliers, period-over-period changes, and concentration patterns. Provide context (what these columns mean, what "good" looks like) for sharper insights.

How big a CSV can it process?

Up to roughly 50,000 rows works well. Larger datasets should be pre-aggregated to summary tables before submitting.

Can the briefing include the raw numbers?

Selectively — the audio version focuses on top-line findings. For exact-figure briefings, request "factual mode" in the API call.
